Self-Collect

• If you need this item urgently, we only do meet ups at Rumbia LRT in Sengkang on weekdays after 930pm or on weekends subjected to our availability with a minimum combined spending of $5. You may visit www.2octopus.com to view other products available.

• Please email us at sales@2octopus.com before purchasing to arrange for a meet up.

• Delivery fee will not be charged for self-collection only if you contact us via email before placing of order.

• No refund of delivery fee if you have placed your order before contacting us for meetup.

Singpost Non-Registered Mail

• Please note that we will not be responsible for any lost mail once we have dropped it into the postbox.

• Postman delivers into your letterbox if parcel can fit into it.

• If parcel cannot fit into letterbox, a letter of collection will be given to you to self-collect at Singpost Post Office.

•  We are not able to arrange for the postman delivery timing.

Singpost Registered Mail / SmartPac / SpeedPost

• Please note that we are not able to arrange for the postman delivery timing.

• By default, we will use Smartpac for registered mail. Please note for Singpost Smartpac as of 1 Sept 2019, the postman will place the parcel directly into your letterbox instead of delivering it to your doorstep. However, if the item is too large to be placed into your letterbox, the postman will arrange for self-collection at a designated post office or POPStation for self-collection.

• We will use normal registered mail or SpeedPost if the parcel is too large or too heavy to fit into SmartPac envelope. In this case the postman will not deliver to your letterbox in the attempt of unsuccessful doorstep delivery. The postman will arrange for self-collection at a designated post office or POPStation for self-collection.
